Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last updated: July 16, 2026 · CCPA/CPRA
This page is Bella Cuisine Kids Cooking Club’s California “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” notice and opt-out method, as referenced by the CCPA/CPRA.
Your opt-out choices
We do not sell personal information for money. We may “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising if Google AdSense or similar advertising cookies run after you Accept cookies. To opt out of sale/sharing for your browser:
- Click Reject or Essential only on our cookie banner (or open Cookie settings at the bottom of any page and choose Reject).
- Enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in a supporting browser. We treat GPC as a valid opt-out and show an “Opt-Out Request Honored” confirmation.
- Email bellacuisine1@yahoo.com with subject “Do Not Sell or Share Request” for assistance beyond this browser.
You can also manage Google personalized ads at Google Ads Settings.
What categories may be shared for advertising?
If advertising is enabled: online identifiers (cookie IDs), approximate location from IP, and browsing activity on bella-cuisine.com related to ad selection/measurement.
We will not retaliate
We will not deny goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of nonprofit website information because you exercised your CCPA rights, except as permitted by law.

Under updated California regulations taking effect in 2026, businesses that process opt-out preference signals must provide visible confirmation that the signal was honored. Our cookie consent script checks for Global Privacy Control and, when present, sets your advertising preference to Reject and displays a short on-page confirmation message. Manual Reject through the banner achieves the same advertising opt-out for that browser profile. If you use multiple devices, repeat the opt-out on each device or contact us for help with records tied to your email address.
This nonprofit Site remains fully usable after an opt-out: you can still learn about our Kids Cooking Club, Cooking with Cops, gardens, partners, events, and donation options. Opting out simply prevents non-essential advertising cookies from loading on future visits until you choose Accept again. We will not ask you to opt back into sale/sharing for at least twelve months after a verified opt-out request, consistent with California expectations, except where you intentionally re-enable advertising cookies yourself.
If an authorized agent submits a request on your behalf, we may require proof of authorization and take reasonable steps to verify identity, as allowed by the CCPA. Please include enough detail for us to locate relevant records without collecting unnecessary sensitive information. We aim to acknowledge and fulfill requests within statutory timelines. For more detail on cookies and analytics, read the USA Cookie Policy; for AdSense and children’s advertising disclosures, read the Privacy Policy.
Thank you for helping us balance transparency, California privacy rights, and our educational mission serving Chicago families.
